Initial quotation and consultation is free of charge and is carried out via Skype, email.
Work can be accepted from the client by email or through the website.
With regards to larger projects a time frame will be negotiated with the client.
All work carried out by Virtual Angel will be proof-read, however final proof-reading of the work lies with the client.
The Client understands estimated time and cost for completing the assignment is a pre-calculation and that any adjustments to the amount of work, schedule and/or the number of hours and fees are subject to review and renegotiation with the Client when necessary.
After completion of work, all errors must be reported within 3 business days. Errors generated by the Client and any amendments or alterations needed will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer or PayPal.
Packages must be paid for in advance. Thereafter, a package will be valid for 4 weeks from the date of the first request for services. The first request for services must be made within 2 weeks of the date of payment.
Continues commitment will be invoiced every 2 weeks; Payment is due 5 business days from the date of invoice; Any additional costs incurred for example, postage, courier etc. will be invoiced separately to the client as ‘Additional Expenses’
Overdue invoices may result in interest charges (at the rate of 10%) for the total outstanding per month.
In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.
Virtual Angel guarantees the highest level of confidentiality at all times and do not pass or sell client information on to 3rd parties unless requested to do so by the client. If required I am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
